You can look through the directory whether or not new listings can be created. If sign-up is closed, the join page says so and does not create an account. The contact form is a separate switch. While it is off, the contact page does not collect a name, email, or message.

Choose Basic or Featured

When sign-up is open, both plans are shown and neither is selected for you. Basic is free. Featured is $67 AUD including GST for 12 months, by direct deposit. There is no card form and no automatic debit.

Every new listing is reviewed

Basic and Featured listings stay off the public directory until an administrator approves them. Later edits wait for review as well. Visitors keep seeing the last approved version. Paying does not skip that review.

Featured starts after approval and payment

Featured placement, the bio, the photos and the two blog features a year start only when the listing is approved and an administrator has reconciled the direct deposit. Owners cannot mark an invoice paid.

A renewal invoice is prepared every 12 months unless renewal has been stopped. The invoice is not proof the money arrived. If a renewal is not reconciled, Featured placement ends when the paid period ends.

Blog features

Basic includes one blog feature at sign-up, once. Featured includes two per paid year. A story is published only after review.

Stopping a renewal

An owner can ask to stop future renewal invoices. That does not refund a payment and does not end the current paid period early. A full set of cancellation and refund rules has not been published.
