What a small-business website, email and hosting package can include
From The Internet Co.
A small-business website is more useful when the surrounding pieces — the domain name, inbox, hosting and a way for people to find you — are set up together. The Internet Co, a Brisbane-based business, describes a done-for-you package that can include a website, a .com.au domain, hosting and care, Microsoft 365 email, Google Business Profile setup and an optional AI receptionist. This article explains those parts. The business is Brisbane-based and does not list Mandurah or Peel service coverage.
Website, domain and hosting
The public homepage lists website creation, .com.au domain setup, and hosting with SSL, backups and updates. A domain registered in the business’s name is what customers type and what email addresses are usually built on. Hosting and certificates are what keep the site reachable and maintained.
Website examples on the homepage are labelled as sample designs created to show what is possible. They are sample designs, not completed client websites.
Business email
The Internet Co includes Microsoft 365 mailbox setup in its packages. A business address on your own domain is usually easier for customers to trust than a generic inbox, and it can be added to phones and computers like any other mailbox. How many mailboxes you need depends on the package you choose. Current inclusions are listed on the website and can change, so check there rather than treating this article as a price list or a fixed feature sheet.
Google Business Profile setup
Google Business Profile setup is part of the described service. Setup helps a business create or tidy the profile people may see in search and on maps. It is not a promise of ranking, reviews or a particular level of visibility. Eligibility and verification follow Google’s own rules, and not every business category or location request is automatically approved.
An optional AI receptionist
On selected packages, The Internet Co offers an AI voice receptionist that answers calls, takes details and sends a summary by email or text. The conversation published on the homepage is an illustrative example, not a recording of a real customer and not evidence of a particular result.
The firm says the receptionist is set up with your business details, questions and call-handling rules, and that calls can be forwarded all the time or only when you are busy or after hours. Whether that option is useful depends on how you already take enquiries.
Care after launch, without a long lock-in
Ongoing care is described as hosting, security, updates and a monthly allowance of small changes. Plans are described as month to month. The FAQ says there is no lock-in contract and that you can cancel with 30 days’ notice, with help to move the website, domain and email if you leave. Check the website for current package details instead of relying on a directory article for prices.
